Admissions to Oceanaire

Making the decision to seek residential treatment for an eating disorder can be extremely difficult. The goal at Oceanaire is to make the admissions process as simple  and efficient as possible. This is our service commitment to you! Below are a few important steps to simplify the admissions process.

  1. Call us at 866.406.0166. Our skilled, highly trained and qualified Intake professionals are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for confidential consultations.  Our knowledgeable intake staff, can provide you with additional resources at all levels of care in most regions of the country.
  2. Insurance Verification. We are preferred providers to most healthcare insurance plans. Be sure to have your insurance information on-hand and we will assist with obtaining a benefits report and if necessary assist with financial arrangements. We have an all-inclusive per day rate, which includes in-house doctor fees.
  3. Medical Clearance/ Proper Level of Care. Oceanaire residents will need medical clearance prior to being admitted to ensure that residential treatment is the appropriate level of care. We will work with the resident's Primary Care Physician to secure the necessary medical information.
